Located in the historic Roanoke Carriage Company building (circa 1900) and adjacent to Roanoke City’s Century Park, Spectrum Design’s corporate headquarters is 200 feet long by a narrow 25 feet. This unique size required open and flexible work spaces. Modern finishes create an interesting juxtaposition to the historic nature of the building that was respected through refurbishment of existing brick interior and exterior walls, and patching and refinishing of the original floors. A new entrance and windows face the park. Historic tax credits were utilized for the building purchase and renovation.
