A multi-phased renovation of a 13,300 sf Labor & Delivery Suite with renovations of existing recovery room with updated finishes and creation of two birthing tub rooms.  The scope of work included selective demolition, new stud framed walls, new medical gas headwalls, medical gas piping, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work along with new flooring, paint and casework.  All work was completed while normal operations continued with the Labor & Delivery Suite.
