Contracted under Gilbane Building Company, MB took on a general trades package under a Construction Management at Risk contract for the 155,000 square foot Goodwin Hall project at Virginia Tech. As Construction Manager, MB coordinated the installation of handrails, doors and hardware, specialty items, such as bathroom, fire protection, and display boards, and supervised carpentry and rough carpentry work.
